What pricing can I expect?
During our initial consultation, we will discuss your needs and assess the best option to accommodate your needs. The rate agreed upon will be set for a specific time frame and will be reviewed annually to ensure we are meeting your needs.
With netBookkeeping, we prefer a plan that best suits your needs that can be budgeted for. Therefore, our plans are a “set amount” payable monthly. Please note; all of our services are billed monthly and are due and payable at the beginning of each month in advance.
Bronze
- Reconciliations for 1 Bank account and 1 Credit Card
- Provide monthly electronic copies of Financial Reports on a Quarterly basis.
- Financial Statements – Balance Sheet & Profit Loss Statements with comparatives from previous year
- Manage WCB, GST, PST for CRA Requirements
- Maximum 4 week turnaround for financials once all information is received
- Phone calls, emails and text messages are answered within a maximum of 5 business working days
- Access to your records online (Dropbox)
- *Note: Payroll for up to 2 employees or contractors is an extra 50.00 per month
Silver
- 2 Bank , 2 Credit Card , & Loan Bank Trust Reconciliations
- Provide monthly electronic copies of Financial Reports on a Monthly basis.
- Financial Statements – Balance Sheet & Profit Loss Statements with comparatives from previous year.
- Manage WCB, GST, PST for CRA Requirements and Payroll Remittances.
- Financials completed monthly.
- Easy tracking and upload of receipts, banking and credit card statements (Receipt Bank)
- Phone calls, emails and text messages are answered within a maximum of 3 business working days.
- Access to your records online (Dropbox)
- Access to YOUR QuickBooks online program so you can see what work has been done and print out your own reports if you ever need to.
- Includes Payroll for up to 10 employees, T4’s and records of employment.
Gold
- All Bank , Credit Card , & Loan Bank Trust Reconciliations
- Financial Statements – Balance Sheet & Profit Loss Statements with comparatives from previous year(s).
- Financial Reports on a Monthly basis on a designated date.
- Manage WCB, GST, PST for CRA Requirements and Payroll Remittances.
- Easy tracking and upload of receipts, banking and credit card statements (Receipt Bank)
- Phone calls, emails and text messages are answered within a maximum of 3 business working days.
- Access to your records online (Dropbox)
- Access to YOUR QuickBooks online program so you can see what work has been done and print out your own reports if you ever need to.
- Unlimited Payroll Transactions
- Calls and emails will be returned within 24 hours
- Bi-Weekly on-site visits if required.
